How Can This New Feature Improve Our Processes?
- You can select which Control Plan columns you would like to include in the instruction.
- As the control plan is built up accodring to the process steps defined in the process flow, using the new function ensures that the instruction follows the process flowchart’s operation sequence.
- The user can predefine necessary columns to provide clear guidance for operators and inspectors.
- Versioning allows you to avoid manual signatures and printing function gives you the opportunity to generate ready-to-use documents.
The production planning module already links FMEA and Control Plan data, ensuring consistency across documents. This new feature extends the data consistency to instructions.
