The condition of successful management and good corporate performance is employees with the required skills and competencies. For the proper operation of a company it is imperative to define the requirements for employees and to support them in complying with those requirements. The processes are harmonized with the corporate targets, customer and regulatory requirements. The t-method software enables the user to properly define requirements, display information and update or change data if necessary.
Organization planning
- With the t-method organizational structure module the user can plan the organizational structure, and display the relationship between the organization units in a tree.
- The user can appoint leaders for organization units, designate employees to units, display the number of employees in each unit and input data of the document matrix.
- The t-method software enables the user to manage any matrix structure in accordance with ISO/TS 16949 standard specifications (ad hoc groups, project or cross functional work groups).
- The documentation of system changes enables archived data query.
Job planning
- In the t-method software the user can define job requirements, key requirements and preferred qualifications and competencies for jobs.
- The qualifications and competencies can be managed in a predefined parameter system, enabling the user to compare and use employees’ data as input information for planning trainings and individual development targets.
- The relevant external requirements (regulations, customer requirements) can be allocated to jobs in qualifications and competencies, therefore any change can be tracked in the job requirements as well.
- The documentation of data changes enables archived data query.
HR register
- In the t-method software the user can register the employees’ qualifications and competencies, and document and plan employees’ and deputies present and planned jobs.
- The qualifications and competencies can be managed in a predefined parameter data system, enabling the user to compare and use employees’ data as input information for planning trainings and individual development targets.
- The program can store data of documents and certificates which regularly need renewal (e.g. driving licence, auditor certificate) and gives a warning before the expiration date.
- The documentation of data changes enables archived data query.
Job description
- A Job description format can be designed and allocated to jobs. The job description for employees can be displayed and printed.
- In the Management system module the process responsibilities and completed actions can be integrated in the job description.
Training planning (planned module)
- In the Training planning module the user can plan and manage annual training plans for the organization.
- The training plan includes the external and internal, and repeating and individual trainings.
- The t-method software enables the user to plan resources for trainings (costs, time off due to training) and evaluate afterwards.
- The status of the training (planned, ongoing, completed) can be registered.
- At training planning the participants can be allocated in organizational units, jobs or individually.
- The certifications and competences can be planned, and the acquired certifications and competences are registered in the participants’ profile.
Remote training (planned module)
- The Remote training module enables the user to participate in trainings and/or exams remotely, using internet connection.
- The input of the remote training is the training plan in the t-method software.
- In case of regular trainings, testing can be carried out electronically.
- The status of the training can be monitored in the training plan, and the results can be displayed.
- The acquired certifications and competences are registered in the participants’ profile automatically.
Skill matrix
- The Skill matrix displays production experience. Based on the output information of the matrix, the HR condition of production permits can be managed.
- The user can set parameters to the various skill levels.
- The skill matrix is a three dimensional matrix (process step, person, product/product family).
- The privileges for the Skill matrix can be delegated (data maintenance privileges allocated to a certain skill level), therefore they can be updated quickly on corporate level.
- The skill matrix manages the present and planned jobs and deputies.
