Creating APQP documents, ensuring their data coherence, and providing up-to-date information to operational areas in our fast-paced world is nearly impossible with traditional tools. The t-method software is a tool that allows us to perform quality planning easily, with significantly fewer resources, 100% paper-free, in accordance with relevant regulations, and in the languages desired by the customer.
Data coherence
- Within the module, documents and the individual t-method modules use the same data records.
- The data of FMEA, flowchart, and CP are closely interconnected.
- Data sharing between modules allows the linkage of documents, products, tools, or task management with APQP documents.
- Terms that have already been entered are saved in a dictionary, which can be accessed during text entry by selection and translated into the languages used by the t-method.
PFMEA / DFMEA
- It is possible to create both process and product FMEAs.
- We support risk analysis according to AIAG 4th edition and AIAG&VDA 1st edition as well.
- Using base (module, operation) FMEAs, product documentation can be constructed from elements, and changes can be quickly implemented into the documentation.
- The ability to organize similar products into families aids in risk analysis.
Process flow
- The process flowchart is built from individual operations.
- The order of the FMEA and CP rows will be determined by the order specified in the flowchart.
- Both graphical and tabular presentations are available as needed.
- Numerous built-in graphic elements, lines, and shapes are available for drawing the diagram.
Control Plan
- The input data for the CP rows are provided by the flowchart and the module FMEAs.
- The process of creating the document is significantly accelerated by the option of using module FMEA-based CP templates assigned to operations.
- Relevant documents, responsible positions, or inspection tools can be linked to individual cells of the CP.
Check sheet / Inspection standard
- Based on the CP data, it is possible to print a measurement report, checksheet, or inspection standard.
- By creating an e-measurement sheet, the measured values can also be documented digitally on the interface or in a mobile application, including attaching photos as evidence.
- Reports and diagrams can be generated based on the entered measurement data.
